The Process
Step 1
Guests will scan a QR code, directing them to a concise online form where they will enter their names and contact details for portrait delivery.
Step 2
My assistant will take a reference photo of each guest (or couple) for their watercolor portrait.
Once submitted, I receive real-time updates, allowing me to efficiently manage the painting queue.
Step 3
As each portrait is completed, the guest will receive a text or email notification letting them know their artwork is ready for pick-up during the event.
For custom guest count packages: guests who did not receive their portrait at the wedding will receive it in the mail within weeks after event.
